Another little Close to Home thing, and a sequel of sorts to Billable Hours. This is actually the fic I wanted to write all along, but I was blocked on it until I wrote the first fic. Apparently my brain likes linearity after all.

Just did a flist cut - people who didn't update, or people I don't think I've communicated with in, er, years (???) probably because our fandom interests have completely diverged. It is absolutely not personal. Please let there be no wailing on my account. And if I've cut you in error, which is totally possible, and you'd like back on, please comment.

I've realised lately that there are a bunch of people on my flist I do really find interesting, but they probably think I never even read their posts because I suck at interaction (although, to be honest, with some of you it's because I'm slightly overawed). So I will be doing my best to improve things on that front and let you all know I care, goddammit.

I had a dream about Bruce last night. We were at a sci-fi convention and I asked him for an autograph, and he gave me a double-sided sheet full of HTML coding. Seems reasonable.

Also, Tilda Swinton moved into my basement and completely redecorated the place, and then pretended she'd always been there.

I am glad that my head has hot people in it, even if they're completely wacko.
